Refund Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at Tactical TCG operated by Brody.
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, the item will be inspected and your refund processed. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, not as described or you have received the wrong item.

Returns will not be offered on any sealed product or singles if change of mind is a factor
We accept no liability if an incorrect address has been provided and returns will not be offered in this case
Any item returned before contacting us will not be accepted
Non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sealed product or “on sale” items
