Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tactical TCG. Please review our Pre-Order Policy carefully before placing a pre-order for sealed trading card products or single cards.

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released or is not yet in stock. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Sealed products (booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, cases, bundles, special collections)

  • Individual single cards from upcoming sets

  • Promotional or limited allocation items

Release dates are determined by the manufacturer and are subject to change without notice.

2. Payment Terms

All pre-orders require full payment at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to capture payment immediately to reserve inventory from our allocation.

Pre-orders are not considered reserved until payment has been successfully processed.

3. Release Dates & Shipping

Release dates are provided by the manufacturer and may change. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Manufacturers or distributors

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events

We will ship pre-orders as soon as product is received and processed.

Please note:

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship only when all items are available unless separate shipping is selected at checkout.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery on the official release date.

4. Allocation & Supply Issues

Trading card products from publishers such as The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, and Konami are often subject to allocation.

In the event that:

  • Our distributor reduces our allocation

  • Product supply is lower than expected

  • We are unable to fulfill all pre-orders

We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust quantities

  • Cancel affected orders

  • Issue a full refund to the original payment method

Pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received whenever possible.

5. Pricing & Market Fluctuations

Trading card markets are highly volatile.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the listed purchase price at checkout. We will not:

  • Adjust pricing due to market increases after purchase

  • Cancel orders due to price decreases after purchase

All sales are considered final once processed, subject to the cancellation policy below.

6. Cancellations

Because pre-orders secure inventory in advance, cancellations are limited.

Single Card And Sealed Pre-Orders

  • Due to extreme price volatility, pre-orders are typically non-cancelable.

  • If cancellation is approved, a restocking fee may apply.

We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests at our discretion.

7. Refunds

If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order for any reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing times depend on your payment provider.

8. Condition of Items

All sealed trading card products are sold factory sealed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Manufacturer packaging defects

  • Print lines, centering issues, or factory damage

  • Pull rates, pack distribution, or box contents

  • Case hit ratios

  • Reprints or second waves

Randomized products carry inherent risk, and purchase indicates acceptance of that risk.

Single cards will be shipped in the listed condition. Please review item descriptions carefully before purchasing.

9. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders flagged as high risk

  • Require identity verification

  • Limit quantities per customer

10. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Pre-Order Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page.
